Founder Charlie Braman has spent roughly 30 years in enterprise technology services, most recently running a portfolio of up to ten concurrent CCaaS and conversational-AI programs for clients in life sciences, insurance, utilities, security and hospitality. Contact-center and AI programs are his niche, but his program-management experience runs much wider: he can step into virtually any IT infrastructure or telecom project and run it from kickoff to closeout. His work sits where technology, vendors and the business meet: turning complicated, multi-party programs into plans people can execute, and telling stakeholders the truth about risk early enough to act on it.
